Cinder Blog Launches!

'Cinder' is a full-conversion multi-player mod on the Unreal Tournament 3 engine, currently in production by a team of students and alumni specializing in game art and design.

The game takes place in a distant future war-zone in South America, depicting a fictional conflict between an ever-expanding NAE (North-American Empire) and localized militant groups, when the NAE's peace-keeping force is meeting heavy resistance from the highly-effective Lupine freedom fighters.
While the NAE is of practically unlimited resources and high-tech equipment, the locals have turned to alternative technologies to better depend themselves against any invading force. Through the global black market, they have obtained the scientific knowledge and tools necessary to genetically modify human beings, allowing them to enhance their soldiers' senses, strength and speed by splicing them with certain types of animals, such as canines.
The NAE, on their part, did not remain indifferent; intelligence data on these internationally-banned experiments allowed them to attempt to develop specialized protection and offensive systems to overcome this threat.

Each side's powerful arsenal is about to experience its baptism of fire; who shall prevail?

(Game has not yet been rated. Or, well... Completed. We're working on it.)
This blog will offer periodic updates with information, our expected schedules, some background, and more-than-few artwork samples.
So... Are you game?
