These highly-trained graduates of the NAE's armed forces advanced marksmanship schools are specialized to fulfill two missions: traveling across the battlefield swiftly and efficiently, and taking out high-priority targets over long and medium ranges. In order to help attaining these goals, along with their honed fitness and markmanship, they are equipped with state-of-the-art, high powered Gauss Sniper Rifles which deliver super-high velocity, powerful and accurate projectiles over long distances. The Recons' specialized BDU/armor has been optimized to favor lightness, flexibility and balance over high-end protection. Though an unwary Recon may be quite voulnerable, battlefield performance have shown that weakness to be overshadowed by their deadly firepower, range and mobility.
The NAE Recon was designed by Erik Dolphin, work that was completed around November of '08.
